Got the book on the specified time. The book was a s described and the same as the regular version.
This was the wrong book. I had asked for a refund and got no response
The book was in perfect condition when it arrived. It was very well packaged for delivery.
Book was order. Never received. Denied refund.

WRONG BOOK! I bought this book in the international edition, but it was not the right book. I needed the electron flow version, as advertised, and they sent me the conventional flow version. Not happy
Did not receive MasteringChemistry access card with book. I emailed them twice about it with no response from them and had to buy it for $70 from my school in order to do my HW. Thanks Rhody Shop.
Did not get the book that I ordered; no response yet from the seller to make a correction. Not happy!!
Extremely poor customer service. Ignored most of the questions I had. "Supplemental items usually not included" means supplemental items are never included. Sold me something different than advertised
I have not received this book, but I have canceled the order while the status said it has already been shipped. It has not shown up on my bill that it has been canceled though.
H Book was too expensive to rent or buy but found here for cheap price and was brand new in the packaging!
Unfortunately this order took too long to arrive and I had to return it to the seller.
